Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work for UpGrow Connect, provided by UpGrow Academy LLP. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. How you pay

• Every account starts with a free trial. No card is needed for it.
• Plans are paid in advance for one month or one year, through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). Prices are shown on our pricing page and on the Billing page before you pay, plus GST where it applies.
• There is no auto-debit. We never charge you again automatically: you renew by paying for the next period yourself. We email you before your plan ends.
• Charges for WhatsApp conversations are billed to you directly by Meta, not by us.

2. Cancelling

• You can stop at any time simply by not renewing. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and then the account pauses.
• To close your account and have your data deleted, email info@upgrowacademy.com or follow our data deletion instructions.

3. Refunds

Because you can try the Service free before paying, fees already paid are generally not refundable. We do refund:

• Duplicate or mistaken charges, for example being charged twice for the same period: the extra amount in full.
• Service failures on our side: if the Service is unavailable for a substantial part of a period you paid for, for reasons within our control, the unused part of that period, pro rata.
• Any other case where the law requires a refund.

Switching to another plan is not a refund: the unused value of your current plan is added as extra days on the new plan.

4. How to ask for a refund

• Email info@upgrowacademy.com within 7 days of the payment, with your account email and the invoice number or Razorpay payment ID.
• We reply within 3 working days. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days (your bank may take longer to show it).
• If a payment fails but money left your account, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days. Contact us if it isn't.
